Reservation & Ticketing Officer

* Purpose of the Job
The Reservation & Ticketing Officer is required for providing Service Straight From the Heart to passengers, travel agent and cooperate client and achieve individual sale target.

* Principal Tasks and Responsibilities
- The job-holder needs to handle customers’ phone calls and enquiries for travel purpose with Cathay Pacific Airways.
- The job-holder will serve Cathay Pacific Airways customers by making reservations of seats, and other travel arrangements in compliance with Cathay Pacific’s standard and policy.
- The job-holder will also need to issue tickets and other concerning travel documents
- The job-holder is required to handle back office job timely and correctly.
- The job-holder will need to make sure he/she will well understand all circulars provided by Supervisor or Manager as well as take necessary actions if required.
- The job-holder will need to distribute and support team to achieve Direct sale target through Reservation and Ticketing channel.
- Other functions & tasks as assigned/directed by Supervisor/Manager.

- Experience in airline reservation & ticketing.
- Good spoken English and Vietnamese and ability to speak Chinese as a third language.
- Have excellent customer service skills and experiences in sales to be preferred.
- Willing meet people, having good communication skills.
- Ability to identify problems and to make decisions.
- Sound education background.
- Basic typing and PC skill.
