Researcher (Hà Nội)

- Coordinating with department manager to determine research objectives

- Conducting detailed research of intended subject matter according to business needs, especially on market and partners

- Making, developing the plan of action, set the goal and managing to completion

- Following work brief and delivering frequent updates

- Identifying market trends and patterns 

- Designing surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements 

- Formulating effective & efficient research processes

- Testing research methodologies to confirm intended purpose of evaluation 

- Collecting & analyzing relevant data & preparing progress reports; performing evaluative analysis of selected resource & current market data 

- Summarizing result

- Reviewing & editing data to ensure completeness & accuracy of information; following up with subjects to resolve problems or clarify data collected (frequently self-audit work) 

- Documenting, reporting, & presenting research findings to management & other team member 

- Compiling & organizing finding in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagram

- Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 

- Bachelor’s degree in Research, Marketing, Economics or similar relevant field

- In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics

- Hands on experience with marketing software and tools

- Outstanding communication, written, presentation & reporting skills, especially in English

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
