Research Associate ( RA)

Primary responsibility of Research Associate (RA) is to provide support to senior managers in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and running projects. They are learning on the job the basic skills of market research in Dandelions under close supervision from their manager and senior account team members.
Detailed responsibility
- Provides support to senior team members
- Manage project execution including
• Liaising with fieldwork agency, following up recruitment progress & controlling quality of the respondents.
• Setting up project and other logistics to ensure smooth execution of the assigned projects.
- Acts as a liaison between the Client and Dandelions on project-related issues with supervision, ensuring that their needs are being met
- Day to day involvement with client projects, including designing topic and interview guides, involvement in focus groups/in-depth interviews and other qualitative approaches, liaison with suppliers, interpretation and development of recommendations, preparation of presentation of findings.
- Is beginning to develop presentation skills, including looking for best possible ways to present the information/graphics
- Demonstrates some basic marketing knowledge
- Works on/drafts and attends business pitches/proposals with senior members of team
- Is beginning to build and develop a good working knowledge of key qualitative tools and techniques.

- Highly fluent in English – both speaking & writing (80% of our clients is English speaking who base in different markets – UK, Singapore, India etc.)
