The role & key responsibilities
The Research Assistant will provide project support on the Digital Transformation in Business (DTB) Research Project and will be assigned duties by Project Director to support literature review of DTB.

Key selection criteria
Masters or Doctorate degree in Arts, Science, Social Science or Business.
Research experience in primary or secondary data collection.
Demonstrated ability to use NVIVO and SPSS.
Demonstrated ability to conduct analytical research, to analyse, interpret, evaluate, coordinate as well as report resulting information.
Demonstrated experience in preparing research reports and graphic presentations of data.
Demonstrated knowledge of literature review databases
English proficiency requirements
If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard at a BULATS Intermediate level (BULATS score 60), equivalent to IELTS (General) 5.5. RMIT Vietnam will require you to complete a BULATS test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.
