Research and Development Manager

-Responsible for all activities in R&D and Laboratory Department, Customers Technical support, Customers complaint analysis and solutions, new compound formulas as well as new raw material developments.
-Responsible for all new formulation development, satisfy all customer requirements, handling customer’s complaints for bringing satisfactory solutions
- Act as source of expert knowledge in the field of compounding research/research management, able to provide advice on study design and conduct to R&D and Lab staff.
- Leading strategy and operational meeting of R&D and associated departments for new developments
- Provide strong leadership and vision, under take team building and be responsible for creating a productive environment in which each staff member can achieve their full potential.
- Develop and introduce bench-marking measure with performance indicators and targets to evaluate achievement of the R&D and Lab strategic goals in line with the company targets.
- Responsible for the quality of the work performed by the R&D and Lab Dept, oversee the develop and maintenance of quality assurance systems to ensure that the Lab and R&D Dept processes meet internal and external requirements.
- Oversee appropriate training and continuing professional development plans for all grades of staff in the R&D and Lab Dept

- Extensive knowledge of PVC compounds formulation and Plastic additives as well as production process and customers process
- A high level of strategic technical and leadership skills to work harmoniously with other departments.
- Minimum of 10 years continuously and recent experience management
- Senior in Chemistry with a strong background in Plastic in General and PVC in particular
- Fluent in Oral and Written English
