Research Analyst (Market Researcher)

POSITION OVERVIEW – To assist the Research Manager/ Head of Research to assemble information, maintain databases and draft reports


RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Update/ improve Real Estate information database and analyze date to provide with the insights that reflecting the current Real Estate market
 Leading data research in close cooperation with clients and colleagues to satisfy project requirements
 Conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods
 Writing/ developing reports and documents containing actionable recommendations
 Travel to other provinces or cities for market research, if necessary
 Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market.
 Understand expectations of clients and design surveys to meet projects requirement
 Manage client expectations regarding the depth of analysis contained within deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables.
 Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times
 Understand/Update land law and other relevant legal issues Vietnam.
 Lead/ guide Intern/Junior if required

- Education:
 Strong understanding of market research and market analysis.
 Attention to details and results-driven
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers.
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same position.
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
