Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct trial for verifying new material, new supplier in a lab-scale or plant-scale.
- Build up Form L for plant trial, Specification of RMs, update BOM/recipe.
- Monitoring shelf life of product regarding reformulation project.
- Prepare sample for sensory test and lab test.
- Collaborate with platform team to manage R&D lab: prepare RMs/PMs for trial in lab, scrap trial sample, expired material, clean equipment

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology.
- 1-2 years working experience in manufacturer company. Fresh graduation will be acceptable with good background education.
- Basic English skill (TOEIC>400).
- Proficiency at MS applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Good communication, team work skills.
