Mô tả công việc
- Preparation and drafting of market studies, feasibility analyses, financial analyses and research reports for commercial sectors.
- Drafting and ensuring the timely delivery of research reports, consultancy reports, press releases and write-ups in the press/various publications to gain strategic publicity coverage for the firm.
- Establishment, maintenance and review of the database management system for the data bank of commercial asset classes.
- Preparation of presentation material.
- Assistance in the development of more value-added research and consultancy work.
- Assistance in the development of new research products and fee-generating publications.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Client: To keep research services relevant to both internal and external clients’ needs.
- People: To collaborate with other team members to deliver quality research and consultancy work.
- Financial: To ensure income targets are achieved according to plan.
- Other: To collaborate with team members in developing more value-added research and consultancy work.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Finance or in other relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with feasibility studies and financial cashflow modelling.
- Experience in consultancy/advisory is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Vietnam property markets.
- Must have strong writing ability plus analytical, communication and organisational skills.
- A team player, goal driven, creative and with initiative.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
