Mô tả công việc
Position Objective:
The job holder is expected to provide data and be able to work on data analysis in order to support for a better planning and enhance the effectiveness of customer services related to premium collection management.
The person is also responsible for extracting data & calculating compensation for agents.
Roles and Responsibilities :
I. Compensation (45%)
• Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly query data from the system to extract the premium collection results, cross check with regional managers to ensure providing correct data
• Cooperate with relevant internal departments or PIC to calculate payment for Agents following approved scheme and incentives
• Extract report & calculate payment for other short schemes (quarterly contest, non-cash scheme, services ratio, …) based on approved proposal or Memo
• Coordinate with relevant PIC to get the payment reviewed, approved & work with Finance to process payment
• Consolidate all other claim expenses from agents (phone, travel allowance…), get approval & process payment together with comp payment
• Involve in system development and enhancement following approved scheme / incentives or when having issues
II. Reporting & Data Analyst (45%)
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
• Analyze & identify trends or patterns for simple reports as assigned
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports
• Ensure to provide reports and proposals or estimation based on data quickly and exactly as a data analyst.
• Involve in as a team member to develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Prepare simple document and/or presentation related to the job
III. Administration (10%)
• Support some nationwide admin tasks following line manager’s request
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

• Proper internal communication within the team.
• Ability to explain numbers, trends, and proposal in term of data analysis
• External stakeholder: mainly communicate with Finance for Payment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Economics / Finance / Business Administration / IT / Computer Science / Information Management / Statistics
• Proven from 2 years of working experience in data analysis / business analysis/ accounting in 2-3 years
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracies
• MS Office – advanced MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Access
• Practical experience with SQL and data extraction
• Have ability at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Proactive, responsible, careful, hard-working, faithful
• Ability to explain numbers, trends, and proposal in term of data analysis
• External stakeholder: mainly communicate with Finance for Payment
