Responsibilities:

He/She is responsible for customer services of TCD

** Duties:
1. To review test report according to customer’s requirement.

2. Test assign according to buyer’s quality manual, conduct sampling list and prepare draft quotation and worksheet for lab group.

3. To issue invoices to clients on schedule.

4. To ensure that work is performed in well-kept and safe working environment.

5. To assign and train team members for typing test reports.

6. To perform the tasks assigned by his/her superior.

** Authorities:
1. He/She is authorized to access to all customer records, test reports and correspondences related to the services of the Department.

2. He/She is authorized to communicate with clients in connection with the service of the Department.

3. He/She is authorized to access files, reports, correspondences and other information relating to the services of the department.

4. He/She is authorized to communicate with clients in connection with the service of the department.

B.A degree or higher in textile engineering / chemical or material engineering
5 years experienced in project management / report viewer
Familiar with buyers / retailers’ specification
