FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE:
The Reports Analyst delivers accurate reports and assist Finance team to meet the business objective.
Support across departments on accurate database to maximize Sales volume
REPORTS TO: Report Assistant Manager, Corporate Office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES& CRITICAL DRIVERS
50% Report
1) System: Analyze and generate to Daily Revenue Reports, Promotion Reports
2) Guidelines: Work closely with MR & MS team on all Term and Conditions of Promotion to generate reports
3) Support: Act as a subject matter expert receiving requests and sending out reports to other departments
4) Reports: Provide accurate reports to ensure that revenues clubs are calculated timely and achieved company's goal
20% Commission
1) System : Distribute contest standings for all company incentives
2) Guidelines : Work closely with Sales/PT Admin&Payroll on all Term and Conditions of Contest to generate reports
3) Support : Act as Payroll staff by calculatingcommission reports which show achievement of club and bonus of consultants
4) Reports : Provide accurate reports to ensure thatcommissionreports are calculated and sent to Accounting timely
30% Accounting
1) System : Manage invoices – payments - refunds – monthly dues information in Aphelion
2) Guidelines : Verify with Accounting/ Member Services/ Member Relation and audit data to ensure it is correct
3) Business analysis : Carry out accounting reports,analyze and comment on unusual increase/ decrease of monthly sell
