Relationship Manager in Cash Management Services

Coverage:
- Sale CMS products (Cash and Trade) and solutions for corporate clients (large corporates and MNCs)
- Expand CMS profit to achieve KPI targets
+ Develop FX, Trade and transaction fee
+ Increase deposit balance
+ Activate e-banking for customers
+ Increase cash flows (inward & outward transactions)
- Report KPI business performance
- Penetrate top tier clients
- Plan sales strategy
- Proactively catch up market trends / developments
- Daily support to clients and follow up deal implementation
- Manage client proposals and customize CMS presentation materials
- Perform other duties assigned by Head of Department and Management

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or above
Preferred language for received applications: English
Years of Experience Required: 6 year experience in Corporate Banking with at least 4 year experience in Cash Management, Trade Finance knowledge is a plus
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong education background with at least a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking products
- Understanding of MNCs and Large Corporates industry
- Good communication skills (Vietnamese, English), Japanese or additional language will be an advantage.
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Account planning skills
- Ability to solicit support from various business partners to drive key deals and share knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently
