Relationship Manager - China Desk

Profile Summary:

Relationship Manager for the Commercial Bank managing a portfolio of Greater China Clients under Commercial Subsidiaries Group Clients ("CSG") in Vietnam.

This person must be highly driven and is able to work independently as part of our aggressive expansion in a market segment positioned for continued growth. He/she is expected to deliver superior performance in the areas of new account relationship acquisition, client management, revenue growth, business advice and services. He/she must be able to deal with all levels, including its senior management and owners as well as business and risks seniors within the Bank.

Key Responsibilities:


1) Achieve individual sales revenue, assets and liabilities targets set by the department.
2) Manage a portfolio of key accounts under the CSG segment of Commercial Bank.
3) Identify opportunities to cross-sell the range of Cash, Trade, Treasury and Capital Markets products offered by the bank.
4) Acquire borrowing and non-borrowing customers with lending propositions in the areas of trade finance, working capital loans, treasury hedging solutions and cash management.
5) Perform annual reviews for his/ her allocated portfolio of customers.

Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of the FDI companies with a minimum of 3 years' proven sales experience in Financial Institutions dealing with commercial banking segments. Self-driven individual with a pleasant personality.
• Penchant for multi-product sales with an understanding of banking products (assets and liabilities). A strong credit background is essential.
• Ability to balance priorities between delivering sales targets and KYC/AML/credit requirements of the franchise.
• Ability to effectively plan, manage time and work independently.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese are a Must.
