Relationship Manager - Business Promotion Department

- Solicit and develop relationship with corporate customers
(Japanese/Non-Japanese customers)
- Analyze and review credit facilities for corporate customers.
- Expand customers’ relationship by identifying cross-sell and cross-border
opportunities
- Screen potential opportunities by analyzing market research and formulate
marketing plans
- Maximize profitability for existing customers and capture new customers.
- Cooperate with other teams / departments / Other countries' offices / HQ
in Japan to deliver the best of banking products and services.
- Prepare business reports as requested
- Other business issues assigned by DH/Supervisor

- Good back-ground of Credit Assessment, Finance Analysis & knowledge
of a broad range of banking products.
- Good command in English.
- Having at least 3 years of working experience as Relationship Manager in
banking industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Good sense of team-work and responsibility.
- Good sales and communication skills
- Result oriented, resourceful and good business sense in identifying and
developing business opportunities.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
