Count return vouchers and verify in quality & quantity standard ready for payment
Scan & upload return vouchers into system in order to cross check vouchers data
Collecting vouchers at customers which have fixed schedule in month
Coordinate with internal Departments to ensure on time & accurate payment to customers.
Destroy return vouchers daily & issue the certification for destruction
Support Production department on peak season or required

Graduate Intermediate or College
At least 2 years’ experience in service industry
Willing to work extra hour to solve arising issues
Be careful and proactive in works, work independently
Know using Microsoft such as Word, Excel
