Mô tả công việc
• Handling Incoming Official Dispatches (regulations, draft regulations, regulatory reports, notifications, invitations…) from regulators (SBV, VNBA, SSC, VSD, MOF, Government..) and cascade to relevant teams/functions in accordance with policy of Handling new regulations under the supervision or assignment of the Director Regulatory Compliance (DRC)
• Following up news, latest regulations issued by regulators and update timely to Compliance teams from various sources of media
• Draft , translate (if needed), (i) contents of official letters/reports submitted to regulators, (ii) check the signing authority on any drafted documents provided by relevant departments before obtaining authorities’ signature in order to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations
• Draft, prepare and consolidate information from relevant teams for reports, official letters under Regulatory Compliance scope for the DRC review
• Prepare and submit to the DRC for review before submission to relevant regulators in accordance with respective deadlines of such reports; update routine reports and Regulatory Report Register system in case Compliance is return owner of regulatory reports
• Maintain and update the Regulatory Control books under the supervision of the DRC
• Support the DRC to supervise Overdue e-learning under Compliance area regarding AML, Group Code of Conduct, Anti- Bribery, Conflict of Interest, Fighting Bribery, Group AML_CTF, Understanding Sanctions and send reminder the staff who have not yet finished overdue courses
• Support the DRC to prepare and consolidate information for internal reports for Regional Reporting team in Chennai: Hotspot, Assessment of Legal and Compliance Risk, Country L&C MI Pack
• Input and update information to internal systems under Compliance: Obligation register, RRMI, Regulatory Report Register, Optial, EORP
• Prepare and consolidate information for GRRP for DRC review
• Support the coordination, preparation and arrangement for seminars/workshops/meetings between SCBVL with regulators
• Support the coordination, preparation and arrangement for Learning Event for the Compliance team
• Support the DRC to coordinate with relevant departments to review and update internal regulations/ processes/ procedures of SCBVL that are regularly updated and submitted to the SBV per their request under Official Dispatch No. 1643/TTTGSNH4 dated 2/6/2015
• Support the DRC to prepare registration, submit application relating to emulation of SCBVL to the SBV
• Support the DRC to prepare and consolidate Regulation Updates for EXCO/Board for Head of Compliance review
• Support the DRC to liaise, contact and follow up with SBV and other regulators in terms of license, applications, approvals
• Support the DRC to work closely with Secretariat team of BWG
• Support the DRC to strengthen relationships with regulators on special occasions (Tet holiday, Autumn festival…), ensure G&E system is logged appropriately as per G&E policy and for audit trail
• Maintain database on and regularly update new appointment of critical roles of regulator
• Support the DRC to provide advices for support functions in terms of outsourcing/offspring activities, governance, retention, confidentiality, reporting…under Regulatory Compliance scope
• Support the the DRC as Training Coordinator to provide compliance training update on monthly basis to Executive Director, Compliance, Training, ASA; coordinate and support Business Compliance/FCC for their training plan as well as record such plan on SF Drive H
• Support the DRC to supervise PAD and send reminder to staff
• Support the DRC to coordinate with relevant functions of SCB in inspection visit
• Other tasks as required
