Job holder exists to assist Head of Compliance and Management Team of BIDV-MetLife in planning and implementing an effective Regulatory Compliance Program, including conduct the training, risk-based review and implements all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the Regulatory Compliance Program of the Company, Group’s plans and Bylaws.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implements Regulatory Compliance Program in line with organizational objectives, internal business standard, compliance requirements and applicable laws.
• Monitors a reporting mechanism and provides reports on a regular basis or as requested, to keep Head of Compliance and Management Team of BIDV-Metlife (VLT) be informed the operation and effectiveness of Regulatory Compliance Program.
• Build up a Regulatory Directive for BIDV-Metlife. Guide and support first line to do Compliance Requirement Self- Assessment (CRSA) annually.
• Participate in new regulatory/laws discussion.
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external contacts including Local Authorities, outside Consultants.
• Undertakes other duties as may be reasonably requested by Company’s Head of Compliance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated in Law University;
• Good communication skill, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English
• Analytical and reporting skills; Ability to identity & solve problems; Ability to make presentations and training.
• A minimum of 03 years relevant working experience, preferably in law enforcement/ compliance/government board. Work experience in insurers would be much preferred.
