Registration Associate

Vietnam & Cambodia Key tasks
• Support in the dossier preparation for CP products & fertilizer for submission according to the approved plan.
• Prepare and follow up on the basic contracts with external agencies to conduct relevant registration trial contracts and initiate payments timely
• Support in the dossier preparation of product conformity registration for all new products, label extension and re-registration with the specified timeline
• Support the team in administrative tasks of FSRS department
• Responsible and secure for the import permits for development & registration samples and in charge for coordinating for custom clearance
• Monitoring and tracking the changes on regulations by searching information via social media.
• Support in the preparation of label artworks

• University degree (Business, administration, trade, agricultural) with 2-3 years relevant experience in regulatory activities
• Excellent oral, written and network communication skills with proficiency in Vietnamese to effectively provide/present information to internal and external customers
• Good in speaking, writing English
• General computer proficiency in MS Office, Internet & willingness to acquire new skills
• Able to work and deliver under pressure
• Compliant behavior with the company’s Corporate Compliance Code and ethical rules
