Registration & IP Executive

- Prepare documents, letters, contracts…. to Departments (Plant Protection Dept., NOIP, VIHEMA ...) and partners.
- Follow the work process with the authorities and partners.
- Update the circulars, decrees… of state agencies.
- Drafting and managing product registration documents.
- Update, re-register products in the company's list.
- Prepare the budgets for registered jobs.
- Notify, support and update new circulars, decrees ... for sales and marketing department in Vietnam.
- Arranging and supporting documents for Myanmar and Cambodia branches.
- Other jobs required by the Chief Representative.

- University degree specialized in Law, Biology, Literature, English, Plant Protection, Agronomy ...
- Experience in office positions such as secretary, assistant … 3 years.
- Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in office computer.

Work location: 111D Ly Chinh Thang St., Ward 7, Dist 3, HCM City
