Regional Transportation Manager - Southern

1. Regional Transportation Manager will lead the regional Transportation Organization and manage directly the First Mile pick-up and delivery team, the Sortation operations and the Last Mile deliveries teams. He will be working on a more macro-level – analyzing operational problems and finding solutions to improve overall Tiki Customer Experience.

2. This role is responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation & logistics matters within the Regional organization (First Mile, Sortation and Last Mile). This includes managing manpower, design governance for the Region, creating and improving metrics.

3. The objective of the Regional Transportation Manager is to deploy best in class standardized processes through TNSL regional network. He will also manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability for the best Customer Experience.

4. Besides, some operational tasks include, but not limited to,
+ use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery, use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle time
+ use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements
+ analyze logistical problems and produce new solutions
+ have well understanding and ability to possibly work to develop e-commerce
+ continually improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, with extra focus compliance and ethics in business

5. This position reports directly to Vice President of Transportation (expat) so the job holder must possess good English communication skills

+ Bachelor degree, Major in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain
+ At least 8 – 10 years of relevant working experience in the same industry
+ Logistics and distribution company experience is desirable
+ Good analytical, statistical and numeracy skills with attention to detail and acute observation and listening skills.
+ Strong planning and organizational skills and retain focus whilst demonstrating high levels of drive and energy
+ Able to influence and obtain commitment from others and to build consistently productive relationship
+ Works collaboratively with teams and peers to drive results
