Position Title: Regional Training Manager
Department / Functional Area: Partnership Distribution Training
Reports to: Training Delivery Manager
Current Job Grade/Level To be provided by the Human Resources Department
Work Location: Vietnam
Geographical Responsibilities: Vietnam
Position Objective: Regional Training Manager is responsible for assisting the Training Delivery Head in implementing the sales training curriculum. The incumbent will assist in all facets of the setup, implementation and delivery of the insurance sales training program both internally (IO/IS/EIS) and externally (Bank Partner).
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Delivery the training activities:
• Conduct classroom training activities to transfer knowledge and skills of life insurance, sales skills for sales force in compliance with the required quality and standard.
• Ability to deliver soft skills training that is vital, in-needed and necessary to develop effectiveness of the sales force.
2. Support the sales team by delivering exceptional training experiences:
• Work closely with members of the sales team to ensure that training content and method of delivery meet the needs of the business.
• Promote a culture that drives performance through a strong customer service approach to maximize business growth.
• Develop, inspire and drive the performance of the sales team by providing the requested coaching activities.
3. Assist in the implementation and ongoing development of the training curriculum:
• Work closely with the Training Delivery Head to develop and implement the sales training program.
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule training activities of the respective region for internal and external resources.
• Work closely with the Training Delivery Head to identify specific product & promotional training requirements in line with campaigns or as the business requires.
4. Develop the sales trainers
• Develop and manage the training team in respective region to ensure training needs are met as well as trainers have quality knowledge and skills of training and coaching.
5. Develop key internal and external relationships:
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Communicate our long term strategic plans and objectives to support the sales channel through enhanced training and by chance of interacting with all stakeholders.
6. Ensure that all operations and activities undertaken comply with legal & regulatory requirements and AIA’s direction.
Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

• Training activities conducted as per plan
• Compliance with company’s and MOF’s regulations
Communication Requirements
• Internal: team members, sales teams and other departments within the company
• External: Bank partners
Reporting Structure and Supervisory / Managerial Responsibilities:
• This position directly reports to Training Delivery Head
• This position supervises with 5 trainers each team.
• Refer to the Organization Chart.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Minimum Job Requirements:
• BA, preferably major in Economics, Finance, Insurance, Business Management.
• 5year Experience in Insurance or Business Management, of which 2 years in managerial level.
• Computer software proficiencies, including data analytics, excellent in English.
• Good communication, presentation, training & motivation skills.
