3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.1 Sales B2B industry:
- Be in charge of Industrial Oils
- Be in charge of Commercial Vehicle Oils
- Capability of leading B2B projects
- Ensure to achieve sales target in the assigned region
- Manage and develop distributors and customers
- Maintain, develop good relationship with distributors, existing customers to maximize the sales volume.
- Maximize business opportunities for potential customers in designated areas to maximize the sales volume.
- Implement Customer Management according to standards and B2B process (SPANCOP) to maximize the sales volume.
- Analyze and propose programs to support distributors and customers to maximize sales volume achievement in the assigned area based on the competitive situation of the market, the purchasing power of customers.
3.2 Channel Development:
- Develop and take good care of key direct customers in assigned regions and replicate successful models from direct customers to sales teams of distributors and dealers
- Build and develop the effectiveness of the distribution channel.
- Build the strong distribution network as the sustainable partners.
3.3 Sales Capability Management
- Lead the sales team to success with a professional way and under company’s procedure
- Prepare on time by setting up weekly work plan, monthly work plan; Do effective weekly reports and monthly reports as well as sales team management with weekly and monthly meetings and deploy the most effective business plan.
- Manage and lead weeky meeting and monthly meeting.
- Be ready to participate the new business development projects with high teamwork spirit.
- Manage expenses within the approved budget.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

4. REQUEST SKILLS, EXPERIENCE FOR RECRUITMENT
2.1 Professional education / qualification:
- University of Economics, Engineering, or Petrochemical;
- Good English communication
- Proficiency in office computer
2.2 Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in the same position at companies, especially in technical goods.
- Having worked through companies with wide business networks is an advantage.
2.3 Other capabilities / skills / properties:
- Persuasive communication skills
- Sales data analysis skills
- High pressure and enthusiasm at work
- Highly self-disciplined
- Ability to build good relationships and trust with customers and partners
