Mô tả công việc
• Manage sales activities in line with the sales policy on assigned territory to achieve sales target. Do market research on competitors, propose/execute sales campaigns to activate the sales networks and to explore the potential market
• Cascade down sales volume targets (monthly) and qualitative objectives for sales team and distributors.
• Organize the monthly sales activities for sales network to push the sales volume.
• Daily review sales result by areas, identify gap and issues to push actions to achieve monthly target.
• Monthly/quarterly/yearly review with distributors on business results vs KPI, key issues and actions to improve the business in region.
• Ensure all sales policies, sales process and program are applied and implemented according to commercial strategy (applicable to the assigned area);
• Be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and developing sales team in the assigned area according to general company policy. Field check and work with sales team regularly to ensure the good execution and coaching for sales team.
• Follow-up the sales figures, do statistics analysis, do market research and make sales reports periodically
• Manage distributors’ sales operations, facilitate sales training programs for all distribution networks and visit retailers regularly to ensure that their selling activities of sales distribution in compliance with company's commercial policy
• Report to sales director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Vietnamese national.
• University degree; major in economics or business administration or marketing or relevant fields
• At least five-years of sales experiences in management position. Hands-on experiences on sales distribution management.
• A proven track record of developing & managing sales distribution network of wholesalers, retailers (General Trade channel) and/or modern trade network, direct sales network to achieve the sales volume target.
• Experience in selling hi-tech products or FMCG products is an advantage
• Strong management skills. Good organization and communication skills
• Sales-oriented mind, proactive, initiative, dynamic, team work, responsibility
• Good skills of analyzing, reporting and presentation.
• Hard-working. Ability to take frequent travels across the assigned region
• Good at English
