Mô tả công việc
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
- Responsible for maximizing business growth in North area including (Hanoi, North provinces and Central) which consists of both direct and indirect visited operators in 4 key operator groups by leading total business contribution at 35% while be champion to lead key CD projects assigned by country manager
- Manage total team in terms of execution and capability improvement SKUs to ensure all sales objectives are achieved; to grip new customers, grab more SKUs, and grow application and consumption of existing SKUs, under integrity standard and systematic way of working
KEY DUTIES:
- Deploy GGG Strategies and key transformation ideas to manage the sales team and distributors in an assigned region to deliver CD Organisation targets
- Ensure good performance of the sales force in field operations in terms of sell-in, sell-out, distribution coverage, product merchandising, sales call effectiveness. Ensure the team reach a satisfaction in productivity, quality, customer-service standards.
- Plan, allocate and cascade GGG target to each ASM and respective salesforce. Monitor during the month and ensure the target achieved.
- Build and maintain rapport with key customers. Lead to maintain and expand customer base. Having insights and able to translate to business opportunities.
- Be able to resolving problems and implementing change in a team.
- Be a part of OCT (operator conversion teams) to sharpen the plan with internal stakeholders and other OCT members including marketing team members, CD Operation, Chef, and related functions in order to identify key business opportunities and risks as well as to collaborately come up with plan to bridge the gap and to maximise business opportunities.
- Accomplish all required reports/feedback to Country Manager on a regular basis in order to update and/or elevate issues to higher management.
- Manage, develop, coach & motivate the team to deliver aggressive sales growth targets and build sales talent pipelines.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- At least Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 5-7 years of Sales Manager in HORECA channel & salesforce management experience.
- Experience in working in a matrix organisation.
- Team leadership, strategic thinking, passion to win.
- Good English communications
