Managing / Supervising / Training / Coaching sales teams to implement all policies / sales strategies to achieve sales commitment of in charge area.
Driving and training sales representatives to make and maintain product visibility dominantly in the 100% outlets in area in charge of General trade channel.
Achieving all sales targets: Establishment distributor, customer data, recruiting / training sales representatives, daily outlets visit, market information report in the area in charge.
Drive and on the job train sales representatives to make and maintain stock visibility dominantly in the 100% outlets in area in charge.
Recruit / manage / motivate sales representative, give clear and appropriate objectives including visibility requirement, sales commitment, route plans...
Selecting and managing professional distributor.
Maintain daily market visit along with sales representative to strengthen customer relationship and supervise sales representatives.
Plan route plans, master coverage plans to increase the retail distribution strength.
Report to Area Sales Manager all activities of market feedbacks / competitors activities for business monitoring.
Monitor to ensure compliance of company policy of sales representatives and distributor.

Basic in English

Knowledge / Profession related: Have business thinking acumen, foresight
Skills required: Attention to details; Result oriented, Team player, Good Problem Solving
Working requirements: Distributor and key accounts relationship, extremely hard working and willing to travel extensively across the region
No of year-experience: From 30 years of age with 7-10 years of hardcore sales experience in FMCGs field and at least 1 year relevant position
Personality: Smart & aggressive with leadership and management skills. Proactive and always “MUST WIN” thinking
Good computer skill
