Mô tả công việc

Achieves assigned branch/region (GT channel) sales target
Meet the branch/region (GT channel) sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan included distribution, productivity, suppliers target and quota for channels and region in support of national objectives together with DDPs Business Plans in collaboration with Product team
Maintain and expand customer base by counseling DDPs, wholesales, retailers…, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities
Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes, tracking competitors
Implement trade activities along with Product team/Suppliers by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending
Be responsible for growing market share for suppliers’ products in Vietnam market
Develop and lead effective RTM model to align to company strategies for Vietnam market
Ensure the standard of DDPs within the branch/region
Manage, coach and supervise all direct and indirect subordinates and ensure them perform well
Regular and on time reporting of all sales related matter
Provide timely, accurate, market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all suppliers’ products, while striving to maintain maximum the profit

Job Skills

Qualifications and Experience needed in order to complete the role:
Bachelor in Business Administration / Sales &Marketing
Minimum experience 5 years in FMCG of it 3 years of experience in a leadership role for a medium size division or company
