Our client is a large company in food industry, now looking for a Sales Director in HCMC:
Product: Food
Sales Channels: MT, GT, HORECA
Responsibility: the South of Vietnam
Manage: ASM, Sales Supervisor, Sales Staff.
Report to: CEO
Formulate business plans and organize the implementation of business plans
Implement sales plan
Take charge of the effectiveness of turnover, business activities
Analyze market and select distribution channels, expand market and develop agents
Develop sales policy, debt management policy, and control risk
Negotiate economic contracts with customers
Provide training activities to sales staffs
Reporti data monthly, quarterly and annual business plans
Collect market information, competitors and proposing solutions to problems arising
Coordinate with other departments to achieve the development goals of the company
Accomplish other tasks as assigned

Academic level: University degree in related fields
Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as a Sales Director
Knowledge of food is preferred
Language: Good English communication
Good computer skills
Good management and problem solving skills
