Regional Product Manager (Pharma Team)

- Develop the best local distributors and manage distributors in territory, actively support to distributors for medical product information and academic activities.

- Implement bidding/tender process successfully through cooperation with distributors

- Establish strategies to respond quickly to change external environments, such as market conditions and competitive trends

- Develop the key message of products with medical knowledge and the success model by selecting the target Doctors, KoLs

- Educate scientific information on the product including therapeutic indication, disease states and clinical data

- Develop strategies and action plans to increase market share in the territory

- Report about sales and marketing status efficiently, punctually and accurately

- Handle others tasks from Manager

- At least 5 years of experience working in sales or marketing in the pharmaceutical industry. Candidates who own experience in Gastrointestinal products will be preferred.
- A fluent Vietnamese and English speaker/writing skill included
- A bachelor's degree as pharmacist or in related fields.
- Great experience of bidding system and healthcare system
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and collaborate with distributors
- Proven ability to develop and execute results-driven strategies that are aligned with business goals
- Effective negotiation, good presentation skills,
- Good at MS office
- CV in English with profile photo is a requirement
