Department : Customer Service and Logistics
Reporting to : Associate Director Logistics Operations AMEA,
Enterprise International Logistics Capability
Based location : HCMC
A / General job scope:
• Support the development and implementation of future ready AMEA warehouse fulfillment capability road map to enable E-Commerce and new RTM models
• Lead portfolio of warehouse infrastructure and design projects within the Logistics of the Future program
• Roll out new system capabilities including WMS, picking technologies, IOT
• Support low cost automation work streams within the LOF program
• Foster adoption of best practices in warehousing by AMEA markets and lead a performance culture to drive continuous improvement to support the warehouse productivity agenda in AMEA
B / Main responsibilities:
• Lead design and layout optimization for new warehouse capacity projects across AMEA
• Develop and implement warehouse technology road map to enable future ready fulfillment capabilities including WMS, voice pick, pick by light, IOT etc.
• Qualify and implement low cost warehouse automation solutions for order picking, sorting and loading
• Support LOF program governance, leading updates and stakeholder alignment for all warehouse capacity and capability projects
• Drive adoption of best practices in warehousing by AMEA markets and lead a performance culture to drive continuous improvement to support the warehouse productivity agenda in AMEA
• Participate in country and regional MBRs, working with key stakeholders to share performance and agreed action plans to improve KPI's and service. Key focus on productivity opportunities and service improvements
• Monthly KPI reporting; operational & financial.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree-required. Master’s preferred
• Min 10-year experience in warehouse operations with a combination of field and center of excellence roles
• Proven experience in technologies i.e. WMS, Voice Pick, Pick by Light, IOT etc.
• Preferred experience in warehouse design including racking solution alternatives and robotic applications
• Project Management mastery required
• Strategic thinking plus excellent presentation, communication, influencing and motivational skills
• Min 10-year experience in warehouse operations with a combination of field and center of excellence roles
• Proven experience in technologies i.e. WMS, Voice Pick, Pick by Light, IOT etc.
• Preferred experience in warehouse design including racking solution alternatives and robotic applications
