MISSION
Regional Leasing Manager manages retail spaces to achieve targets; both in terms of revenue and concept following the internal “Leasing Process”
ACTIVITIES
- To achieve sales target set by Regional SM Leasing Director
- Recruit, select retailers and make the list of prospective tenants
-Make cold call, cold email, meeting, presentation to present projects’ information to all assigned potential tenants
Collect/Inspect all support documents to select tenants
- Selection has to be made fairly and consider existing tenant or merchandise mix, business potential and attractive of customers.
- Follow the company’s policy when offering and negotiating lease terms, including oral or written offer letter and conditions of retail space leasing such as lease fee, and service charge, deposit, free fit out,…
- Proceed with leasing application form, offer letter, deposit, lease agreement, handover space and leasing rate and service charges if deal closes
- Act as Account manager for System-wide tenants
- Control tenants under conditions and procedures
- Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure tenants fitting out timely with Project schedule as well as strictly following Big C - - Technical standard (approval of all drawings, construction timeline…)
- Proceed with retail space leasing survey or customer satisfaction survey assigned by regional Leasing Director
- Control paper work eg. leasing contract, annex, notice send and receive of tenants
- Control and report tenant records to regional shopping mall director secretary
- Prepare and analyze assigned reports
- Inform Regional Shopping Mall Director immediately in case of emergency or any other urgent matter
- File daily, weekly, quarterly, annually report on Commercialization of assigned projects to Regional and National Leasing Director
- Do other tasks assigned by Leasing Director (regional and national)
- Be honest and follow Big C company policy

Experience : At least 3 year experience, management level of retail leasing.
