Financial Service (FS) Dept focuses on partnership with prestigious banks and financial institutions to create new products for ecosystem of fitness industry. We are partnering with VP Bank for co-brand card that help our customers enjoy a new way of practice and lifestyle. We look for Sales Manager with strong skills and experiences in leadership, operation, execution, relationship development with key stakeholders to run our initiative in Hanoi. Ideal candidates should have extensive experiences in banking (credit cards or direct sales is a plus) and excellent operation skills.

The mission of this role:

- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs of his/her own team. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Familiar with a variety of the field Sales’ concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Directly report to RSM and Matrix report to Head of Financial Service.
- The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to use FLG’s service and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. This role description is a mix of Direct deployment sales (60%) and telesales (40%). This rate shall be reviewed and adjusted from time to time by the Head of Financial Service and RSM.

Main Responsibilities:

- Determine monthly sales target by implementing approaching strategies; analyzing the results for Co-branded Card, Insurance and other product which is set by the management team.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales plan for his/her territories across the FLG’s center; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with FLG’s sales policies and strategies
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Develop, implement and recommend new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to the SRM and Head of Financial Service.
- Provide daily report of field sales& telesales success and activities.
- Ensure x-sell ratios to existing customer and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
- Continually develop knowledge of the business model, applications and competition for his/her team.
- Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
- Prepare reporting as needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4-6 years of experiences in sales, management.
- The successful candidate must have at least 3 years Sales & Supervisor experience in related field (banking, financial service, insurance)
- Proven track records for sales revenue achievements.
- Negotiation, self-motivation, build relationships
- Market knowledge, sales planning and manage processes
- Ability to coach team members for better personal and professional development.
