Regional Finance Manager

- To manage all activities of the accounting team in the regional office and coordinate among other function within the Regional office and Head office;
- To manage for ensuring accurate, complete and up-to-date financial accounting records are maintained and both internal and external financial reports, returns and statements are based on those records;
- To manage for ensuring all accounting reports as requirements of management team, government are accurate and submit on time;
- Ensure that all company accounting & financial policies and procedures are strictly followed;
- Ensure accurate & timely preparing of Annual Budget & Quarterly Forecasts;
- Financial planning and control, treasury, tax and governance;
- Work and collaborate with other function within the region.
- Manages performance of staff, sets goals and reviews results, provides coaching to develop employees.
- Other duties as assigned by Regional Director and Financial Controller

Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree in Finance and Accounting, Chartered status in Accounting e.g. ACCA or equivalent is advantage;
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, and awareness of current issues in financial management;
- Minimum 4 years experiences in similar role and advantage for Telecoms and FMGC;
- Experience with management information, financial systems, familiar with MS Office and Accounting software;
- Strong risk assessment, control skills;
- Strong in analytical and problems solving skills;
- Dedicated and self motivated able to communicate to all levels and influence change, results driven; and
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese with strong inter-personal skills.
