Regional Compensation Consultant

We are hiring for a Regional Compensation Consultant role to be part of our Total Rewards team that will partner closely with various levels of Cargill managers, Total Rewards and Human Resources teams across our Enterprise/Functions, Regions and Domains. You will provide compensation consulting, recommendations, and solutions that enable the development and maintenance of an effective Total Rewards program aligned with Cargill’s Strategy and Total Rewards purpose. You will work to engage and efficiently manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the consistent application of Total Rewards philosophy and standards, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements. At this level, work is performed under minimal supervision and the role is expected to independently handle complex issues.

Key Accountabilities:
- Build strong partnerships and trusted relationships with key stakeholder groups.
- Utilize advanced total rewards knowledge and Region/Country insights to provide guidance and solutions to managers.
- Provide a consultative service with Human Resources, business leaders, and managers to implement solutions to compensation and Total Rewards policies, procedures and programs while still championing defined governance process.
- Lead or play a critical role in prioritized Total Rewards projects regionally and/or globally.
- Create and lead stakeholder engagement and adoption of compensation programs and support complex components of global total rewards processes, including annual compensation process.
- Draw upon expert knowledge of compensation principles, theories and concepts
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of compensation consulting or Total Rewards work experience

- Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy to a wide range of people across multiple regions and cultures
- Ability to interface effectively within a virtual global team environment and partner with multiple HR and business management partners
- Strong Business Acumen

- Ability to be flexible in a changing environment
