Cardpay is a rapidly expanding Fintech company based in Cyprus and is rapidly expanding in Asia Pacific. Cardpay is a principal member of major international card schemes and offers best in segment products and solutions to customers. We have multiple offices across the Asia Pacific and are hiring in multiple countries. Responsibilities
Develop and implement the strategy to accelerate Cardpay’s business in Vietnam and Indochina.
Lead, coach and develop a multifunctional team responsible for growing our local business and partners.
Implement strategies with top partners to enhance productivity and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Deliver on country commercial and profitability targets.
Lead the relation with top local and selected regional partners.
Coordinate with top management on strategic planning and objectives.
Develop global commercial agreements with selected partners and instigate roll out operations
Conduct market research into trends in the industry and the Indochina market to ensure the competitiveness of Cardpay’s products.
Attend, participate and represent Cardpay in relevant industry events

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Preferably with more than 6 years of professional experience
Past success in leading, coaching and developing teams
Relevant business development experience
Strong numerical & analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to successfully communicate proposals to potential partners and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker. Management consulting experience highly valued
Experience in payments business preferred
Past success in leading, coaching and developing teams
