Regional BI Head

Crucial part of the job involves interacting business users, BI analysts in each country, and Engineering team. Being able to build cross-functional and cross-country bridges to communicate, carry strategy, as well as delivery BI and analytics needs for business users
* Understand requirements to recommend and design solutions according to both business needs and IT needs/technical architecture.
* Lead full lifecycle of an analytics or BI project implementation: from gathering and understanding the requirements to creating the functional design, architecting the solution, defining business and data calculation logic, supervising the detailed technical design and implementation, to preparing and executing the functional tests
* Designing and managing underlying data sources to allow quick and efficient data extracts to support analysis;
* Participate in the development of strategies, operating models (i.e. organisations & processes), roadmaps and business cases with Engineering team to build and maintain the data lake.
* Delivering high-quality reporting and insights through automation, insight and challenge to business areas;
* Track and resolve risks, issues, and action items throughout project lifecycle
* Facilitate handover to BAU and system training sessions with end users who are business users and BI Analysts across countries"

* 4+ years of working experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Management Information Analytics.
* Experience of SQL, database design and other programming languages eg. Python, PHP..
* Extensive experience of BI reporting and visualization tools such as QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI, or Data Studio..
* Experience with large-scale, multi-release information centric projects
* Knowledge of e-commerce business operations (eg. Lazada, Shopee, webstore..) is preferable
* Excelent English communication skills to liase with stakeholders across SEA countries"""
