Mô tả công việc
• To drive usage programs which are aimed at recurring payments such as bill payments, insurance payments. To build recurring payments channel to ensure monthly spends through small value but regular frequency payments such as bill payments. The spends target for 2019 are in excess of VND 20 T and incumbent is responsible for growing the cardholder spends through recurring payment engine.
• Build continuous engagement with customers and enhance stickiness through low value recurring payments. Use these recurring payments as an effective customer engagement tool and increase customer satisfaction.
• Increase the process efficiency of small value payments and making the customer experience seamless
• To work closely with the digital teams and marketing teams to build effective digital marketing campaigns for customers to enhance their bill payments through FEC cards.
• To work closely with telemarketing and digital teams to build volumes on deal based products.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree holder with a good track record of at least 8-9 years in Card/ Payment roles and specific experience in card usage roles.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience of which at least 4 years should be spent in managing cardholders spends, recurring payments ,and loyalty linked actions.
• A relatively specialized role where the incumbent should have managed card spend & recurring payment programs in environments like Citibank, HSBC, Standard Chartered or large local banks such as Sacombank, Vietcom Bank etc. Strong understanding of local environment highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, good understanding of credit card financials and portfolio indicators, very good understanding of managing customer life cycle, very strong analytical skills.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience of which at least 4 years should be spent in managing cardholders spends, recurring payments ,and loyalty linked actions.
