Mô tả công việc
1. Recruit personnel and conduct recruitment activities.
- Implement internal staff and human resource recruitment plans, including: Implementing and managing recruitment in accordance with the company's recruitment policies and procedures.
- Manage and participate in interviewing, evaluating, consulting on making decision to select candidates for recruitment positions.
- Summarize, review and implement the test system for candidates as well as interview questionnaires and tools for recruitment.
- Consult the Head of the Dep't in recruiting personnel.
- Manage advertising content posted on recruitment channels: newspaper, online newspaper, recruitment website, social networks, affiliated training schools, specialized clubs, or from other candidate information lists.
- Manage internal recruitment notices.
- Manage the recruitment information updates on the website, Fanpage.
- Search for information, candidates from other sources.
- Measure and control and reduce employee turnover
- Improve the quality of human resources
2. Other activities:
- Make procedures for receiving employees, orientation training for new employees.
- Track probation period to conduct evaluation and sign a labor contract
- Other jobs at the request of the Head of Department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Passionate in recruitment.
- Good interpersonal & problem solving skills.
- Communication skills in English
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
