Recruitment Team Leader (in Retail Industry)

 Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
 In charge of recruiting staff of all levels from executive to manager, recruiting 90% sales staff at stores and 10% backoffice
 Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews, coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, making assessments, reference checks, making offer letters, …
 Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
 Implementing various sourcing methods both online channel (website, social media like facebook, linkedin…) and offline channel (job fairs and career events, posters…)
 Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
 Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
 Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire), completing timely reports on employment activity

 Proven experiences in mass recruiment in Retail industry
 Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook…
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Good written and verbal communications skills
 Team spirit, proacitve, consistent in commiting deadlines
