Recruitment Supervisor (New Headcount)

Position: RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR - in charge of recruitment for Store Support Center (head office)

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including implementing diverse recruitment strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels, posting of jobs on relevant job portals, supporting facilitating of interviews and candidate selection, preparing job offer letter and following up probationary performance evaluation.
- Spearhead and drive campus recruitment by partnering with universities
- Amplify employer branding so as to attract best talents and be an employer of choice
- Deliver an amazing and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Update and report labor market information and trends, recruitment situation of its business field
- Perform recruitment data collection and analysis
- Any other HR/Recruitment projects as assigned

- At least 4 years of relevant recruitment experience in a recruitment agency will be preferred
- Good at communication in both Vietnamese and English
- Enjoy working in a vibrant and fast-paced environment
- Excellent with time and task management skills
- Able to prioritize under deadline pressure
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
