Recruitment Supervisor

Consult about recruitment related for Store and Back Office to ensure strictly execution the company selection and recruitment process
Be courteous and professional when in contact with agencies / customers and maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the Company and Stores
Perform daily duties related to selection and recruitment, included but not limited as follows:
­Prepare job post based on the Job Description provided by Functional department
­Liaise with source of recruitment (media, job website, etc.) to search qualified candidates for all vacant
Manage all kinds of content on social recruitment channels (Facebook, zalo, website)
Perform related duties and special tasks/projects as assigned by Superior and/or Department Head

University graduate, BA preferably
At least 4 years experience in Recruitment, Talent Accquisition
Good communications skill
Dynamic, motivated, proactive, integrative
Teamwork spirit
Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
Good command of English (speaking, writing)
Knowlegde about Social Network
