Mô tả công việc
- Make annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment plan, specifically:
- Coordinate with departments to evaluate and set up Headcount according to the company's plan.
- Manage the approved Headcount Plan based on HR’s Budget.
- Coordinate with domestic / foreign Head hunters providing recruitment services to recruit the suitable/senior candidates if necessary.
- Ensure the recruitment process timely and perfectly based on the potential sources.
- Propose programs /strategies to take part in social activities related to the recruitment / human resources development; workshops/ organizations/ unions to develop professional relationships.
- Make strategies of HR based on serving the business of the company.
- Be responsible for Training & Development course, make plan/analytics for need training. Conduct orientation for newcomers.
- Suggest the course or organize the events (recruitment events or development events) for employees to create the suitalbe cultural.
- Build up company brand/ Marketing based on network sources.
- Assist GM and HRM to organize and implement the policies, rules and company regulations to be suitable at time to time.
- Assist HRM & colleagues when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age 26-35
- Graduated in college or university in economics, law, ...
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position (preferred candidate is a manufacturing company).
- English communication
- Communication/ negotiation/ creative skill and maintain good relationship.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork carefully, dynamic and under high pressure.
