Due to business expansion, we are finding Recruiter with very strong passion in recruitment who will support mainly filling our vacancies during around 6 to 9 months and could be extended to become our official employee.
• Builds applicant sources by searching and contacting colleges/universities, employment agencies, and internet sites
• Source candidates through various channels
• Post job advertisement, screen applications, short-list and arrange interviews
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Create strong talent pipelines with past applicants and potential candidates
• Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Join the other relevant projects

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field
• 3+ years of high volume recruiting experience
• Passionate in recruitment and proven work experience as similar roles
• Business acumen to confidently identify strong candidates
• Strong searching skills, organizational abilities with high attention-to-detail
• Familiarity with social media, candidate databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English & Vietnamese)
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Support workplace diversity and professionalism
• Be interested in agriculture industry
