Handle full-cycle recruiting process

Update job descriptions in company

Analyze and build budget for recruitment channels

Build The Hiring Database

Set Recruitment KPI to make sure all vacancy meet deadline

Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs

Make weekly reports and other works as required by HRM.

University Degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration major or related.
Minimum 2 years experience as Recruitment in FMCG field
Excellent networking & interpersonal skills.
Being well-organized skill.
Being responsible, dynamic and hard-working.
Good communication skill in Vietnamese & English.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work with the team.
