Recruitment Specialist (Mass Recruitment)

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle of talent sourcing, identification, interview preparation and closing as per requests of Partnership Distribution channels including Sales positions of Bancassurance Projects
• Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long term resources needs.
• Act as strategic contact point for assigned channels, identify hiring needs, propose hiring strategies & initiatives on workforce planning
• Accountable for key reports/metrics related to manpower, attrition, budget
• Share similar duties and work hand in hand with the recruitment team.
• Other assignments as business requires.

• Experience: at least 2 years in HR recruitment with proven track record in Services/Banking/Insurance or Finance industry
• Experience in sales recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor in HR or related fields
• Effective Communication & Negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work either independently or being a good team player
• Enthusiasm and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under high pressure
• High degree of self-confidence, proactive, can-do spirit and result oriented
