Mô tả công việc
- Communicating with Line Department Manager and Branches to ensure recruitment timely and integrate with hiring plan
- Preparing the administration & recruitment activities such as coordination with the recruitment agencies, CV management, advertisement, short list CVs, contacting candidates, arranging interview, and preparing interview documents and others follow-up actions until the recruitment process is completed (candidate being rejected or employed).
- Conducting new staff induction
- Organizing database & maintaining candidate inventory for HR recruitment such as CV & interview result.
- Other HR tasks related.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years experience in HR works prefer in Recruitment IN BANKING environment
- Good Interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English, Korean is a plus
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR recruitment field in banking/finance field
- Good at analysis and problem solving, communication, high spirit of team work
- Able to multitask, teamwork and willing to adapt and learn
