Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment (60%)
- Plan and arrange interviews, recruitment and staffing
- Process professionally entrance procedure for new staff.
- Work with other Departments regarding recruitment request
- Advice and dealing with other Department when there is any issue during recruitment procedure.
- Do exit interview during probation time of staff
- In-charge recruitment process and work out recruitment plan according to HR request.
- Manage HR recruitment mail box and build the candidate database.
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts to find and attract source qualified candidates.
2. Employee Relation (10%)
- Plan and implement internal events
- In charge of company announcement and notice.
- Other tasks required by direct managers.
- Recruitment reports and others relevant reports.
3. Skills Training (15%)
- Prepare and implement Orientation Training Plan for New Staffs
- Develop and conduct Solf - skills training as requested by production Department
- Liaise with external training consultants to organize the most effective training courses
- Update knowledge, prepare lesson plan, power point,.. and all material for the training.
- Monitor and ensure all trainings to be implemented as regulated
- Other tasks assigned Manager
4. Other (5%)
- Support foreign employees with process of visas, work permit, and temporary residence card
- Manage contract, employees profile and master data.
- Others task is assigned by HRM.
- More detail will be discussed in the interview.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
• At least 03 years of recruitment experience.
• Preferred candidates in retail, cosmetics, fashion, etc,
• Wide knowledge about talent market and updated recruitment trends
• Have recruitment networks
• Communications skills
• Personalities: Dynamic - Hard-working - Enthusiastic – Supportive
