• Recruit all vacancies (worker and staff level) for the company.
• Work with Hiring Manger to finalize department needs.
• Use various channels and tools to source prospective candidates effectively.
• Screen, select and conduct interview with shortlisted candidates.
• Be responsible for branding activities (Career talk, career fair,...).
• Build relationship with recruiting agents, labor service center, vocational school and university to prepare for the talent pipeline.
• To support the events and activities of company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1- 2 years’ experience in recruitment or HR field.
• Good written and fluently spoken English.
• Strong personality and be able to work under pressure.
• Visionary & passionate
• Being active, flexible, persuasive and enthusiastic
