Recruitment Specialist (Ho Chi Minh)

As a part of Talent Acquisition team, you will be assigned recruitment needed by Line Manager and/or the Director. Ensure the recruitment plan is always match with business plan.The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The position is responsible for HR professional who specializes in sourcing, identifying and hiring specific types of employees.

Main responsibilities:

- Reviewing resumes and applications, input candidate's information into recruitment database
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Manage Recruitment reports and ad-hoc reports
- Share teamwork and other projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College/Bachelor degree in HR Management, Education, English and related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (mass recruitment, internal recruitment experience in education/service industry is a plus)
- Passionate in HRM, especially recruitment.
- Good interpersonal & problem solving skills.
- Good skills in English is a plus
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Google Drive.
- Highly proactive, positive
- Customer-oriented, patient, adapt to change
- Being adaptable towards new situations and having an out of the box approach
