Global Talent Acquisition is expanding a best in class sourcing team to better support and drive Intel's Talent agenda. The team will use multiple search tools & techniques to identify, connect and engage with top talent.
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters to understand current and future business talent needs and hiring targets for designated business units
Drive the identification of talent pools and pipelines by mining candidate databases; tapping professional networks; leveraging social media; managing relationships with colleges to qualify candidates and deliver exceptional candidate profiles to designated recruiters based upon job specifications and hiring goals.
Develop passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines using varied sourcing.
Manage and maintain diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.
Share best practices, industry and market intelligence data in strategic business planning.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
Work experience of 3+ yrs in relevant domain
Knowledge of talent sourcing in Manufacturing industry
Ability to execute sourcing plan to generate required candidates/skill sets.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong, productive relationships.
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases.
Ability to generate a high quality/high volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines.
Work experience of 3+ yrs in relevant domain
