List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/ Các trách nhiệm chính:
- Coordinate with line departments to ensure the weekly manning plan is filled in a timely manner.
Điều phối với các bộ phận để đảm bảo kế hoạch tuyển dụng hàng tuần được bao quát đầy đủ.
- Advertise jobs on the mass media and various websites
Quảng cáo công việc trên các phương tiện truyền thông và các trang mạng khác nhau
- Receive application from applicants, Screen CV, finalize the list of new employees, contact and call for an interview
Nhận đơn và thông tin từ ứng viên, sàng lọc hồ sơ, chốt danh sách công nhân mới, liên lạc và mời đi phỏng vấn.
- Interview candidates

- Recruit employees per the requirements of the company and manage the process of recruitment.
Tuyển dụng nhân sự theo yêu cầu của công ty và quản lý quy trình tuyển dụng
- Import new employees' information on the HR system
Nhập thông tin nhân viên mới trên hệ thống nhân sự
- Print and renew employee ID card
In mới hoặc in lại thẻ cho nhân viên
- Following up the probation time of new employees
Theo dõi nhân viên mới trong thời gian thử việc
- Follow up, update, make and renew the contract for employees
Theo dõi, cập nhật, soạn thảo và làm mới hợp đồng cho nhân viên
- Manage the employee profile to be in line with compliance
Quản lý hồ sơ nhân viên đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy chuẩn nhà máy
- Follow up employee transfer from departments
Theo dõi nhân viên chuyển đổi giữa các bộ phận
- Manage the resigned employee profile
Quản lý hồ sơ nhân viên nghỉ việc
- Give orientation to new employees
Định hướng cho công nhân mới
- Make weekly report by collecting information from relevant staff
Làm báo cáo nhân sự hàng tuần bằng cách thu thập dữ liệu từ các nhân viên khác
- Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation the recruitment plan
Lập lế hoạch, thực hiện, giám sát và đánh giá kế hoạch tuyển dụng
- Establish University/ college/ vocational training connection inside and outside Khanh Hoa province for effective recruitment and expansion.
Kết nối với các trường nghề/ cao đẳng/ đại học trong và ngoài tỉnh Khánh Hòa để mở rộng tuyển dụng hiệu quả.
- Project and anticipate the future hiring flow to prepare the human resource pool for future recruitment when necessary
Dự báo trước hướng tuyển dụng trong tương lai để chuẩn bị nguồn lực tuyển dụng khi cần thiết.
- Perform other related duties as required under the direction of management
Thực hiện các hoạt động liên quan theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years minimum practical experience
- Ability to learn new systems, programs and methods
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task many assignments and adjust priorities as business conditions change
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint
- Be able to document, support and take responsibility
- English proficiency

Location/Nơi làm việc : Lot C1, Suoi Dau Industrial Zone, Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa Province
